Cuisine is a key element of the Saint Jude's experience.

Executive Chef, Mr. Chris Olivarius heads up "Mama San", our signature restaurant which opens for both lunch and dinner.

Mama San proposes a mouth watering Asian inspired "tapas" menu from three separate kitchens; Thai, Chinese and Japanese.

Whether your mood calls for an authentic Thai Curry, Japanese Sushi, Robata Grills or Tempura, Chinese Dim Sum or Wok Dishes there are any number of variations to seduce your palette.

Using freshly prepared organic ingredients, food will arrive from the different kitchens as soon as they are ready thus, encouraging a real sharing eating experience. This allows our guests to sample various types of cuisine rather than sticking with one dish.

Embark upon a culinary journey from Thailand through China to Japan, or opt for one type of Oriental Cuisine throughout. With a recommended three or four dishes per guest, we entice you to shape your meal as creatively as you wish. For suggestions, our team are always at hand to advice on menu compositions that integrate a whole range of flavours and preparation methods.

To enhance the dining experience, we have an extensive wine and cocktail list. All our wines are carefully selected by our sommelier to complement the flavours of South East Asian Cuisine and our imaginatively unique cocktail list features ingredients from the kitchen as well as the traditional classics.
