Owned and managed by Glasgow Bar & Restaurant owner, Bradley Stevens (Soba, The Local) and well known local hotelier, Justin Purves (formerly Rocco Forte Hotels & Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group); the two have combined their experience to create one of Scotland’s most unique hotel and dining experiences.
